Because secondary education is not free in Malawi and girls have less access to it, we work with partners in North Malawi to support girls at secondary school. We pay the fees of these girls along with providing some additional help to the most needy so that they can benefit from their school place. Girls’ education is critical for reducing poverty, supporting development and improving equality.
