“As someone who is deeply passionate about girls’ education and women’s empowerment, I feel closely aligned with MMF’s mission of supporting secondary education for vulnerable girls in Northern Malawi.
I currently serve as a Communications & Engagement Officer with the Scotland Malawi Partnership, where I support relationship-building and storytelling between Scottish and Malawian communities. I manage communications campaigns, engage diverse audiences, and promote ethical, people-led development narratives. This role has strengthened my understanding of the importance of long-term, respectful partnerships like those that the Mamie Martin Fund fosters.
I bring digital marketing and strategic communication skills, with experience in content creation, campaign management, and stakeholder engagement. I would be honoured to contribute to the work of the Mamie Martin Fund, building on its inspiring legacy to ensure more girls in Malawi can access the education that is needed for their career growth.”
