The election of Trustees and the appointment of our Independent Examiner have already taken place and I can tell you that the current Trustees all stood for re-election and were duly elected.
We thank Andrew Cowling for being willing to continue as our Independent Examiner and that appointment was unanimously supported.
We are delighted to welcome Francesca Munoz as a new Trustee.
