We take great care over our governance, because we are entrusted with funding from various sources, not least our individual donors, to support our girls in school in Malawi. We meet as a Board regularly, with planned agendas and formal minutes. In between these meeting, various tasks and projects are taken forward in working groups and through online discussions. We are very much aware of our responsibility to inform our member supporters about our work and we try to do so as clearly as possible. We send out an email update every two months, just after our Board meeting.
This year we have paid particular attention to our Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) work, leading to a new Strategic Plan.
